The winner opted for the $500,000 lump-sum cash option instead of the annual payout of $40,000 over 25 years. After state and federal taxes totaling 27.125%, she will receive $364,375.
The winning ticket was purchased at Love’s Travel Stop #555, located at 1910 E. 5th Street in Delphos, Ohio.
The $1,000,000 Cash Payout is a $20 scratch-off game with a top prize of $40,000 per year for 25 years. As of October 10, two top prizes remain unclaimed.
