19-year-old from Huntingburg Arrested for Possession of CSAM

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – A 19-year-old from Huntingburg has been arrested after authorities alleged he uploaded child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through the messaging app Kik.

Investigators from the Huntingburg Police Department and the Dubois County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force launched an investigation in September after receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Officials say that video files containing CSAM were uploaded and shared from a Kik account belonging to Eli Lehmkuhler, 19, of Jasper.

Lehmkuhler was taken into custody and booked into the Dubois County Jail on two counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one count of distributing an intimate image.
