Woman Killed in Single-Car Crash on I-65 Near Taylorsville

INDIANAPOLIS — A single-car crash on I-65 in Bartholomew County Sunday night claimed the life of a 35-year-old Indianapolis woman, according to Indiana State Police.

Amanda Seguin was driving a 2025 Nissan Rogue northbound near Taylorsville around 10:30 p.m. when she lost control of the vehicle. The car went off the road, struck a concrete barrier, and continued down an embankment before overturning.

Seguin was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

State police said she was not properly restrained and noted that drugs or alcohol may have contributed to the crash. No further details were immediately available.
