TIFFIN, Ohio — An Ohio man has won $50,000 a year for 20 years after purchasing a ticket in the Ohio Lottery’s Billion scratch-off game.

Johnni bought the $50 ticket on October 22 at Circle K on 975 West Market Street in Tiffin, according to an Ohio Lottery press release.

He opted for the cash payment, which totals $364,375 after mandatory state and federal taxes of 27.125%.

The odds of winning a prize on the Billion scratch-off are 1 in 4.10. Officials said there are still two top prizes and 51 second-tier prizes remaining in the game.
