FLORIDA — About two dozen people were hospitalized Thursday after pepper spray was used during a fight at Lake Worth High School, officials said.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reported that between 20 and 30 individuals are receiving treatment following the incident.
Emergency crews responded in large numbers to the school on Lake Worth Road.
