South Florida residents woke up to a refreshing Halloween morning, with temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The Florida Keys enjoyed slightly warmer conditions in the low 70s.
Despite the morning chill, the afternoon will be pleasant with highs in the upper 70s and plenty of sunshine. Lower humidity and dry weather will make for ideal conditions for Halloween festivities. The sun will set at 6:45 p.m.
By evening, trick-or-treaters can expect a “BOO-tiful” night with temperatures dipping into the low 70s and only a few passing clouds. Temperatures will continue to cool as the night progresses.
There is a moderate risk of rip currents along Atlantic beaches. No marine alerts are in effect for Atlantic or Florida Keys waters.
