Cold Front Brings Storms, Gusty Winds to Southeast

A cold front moving across the Southeast will bring scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms late tonight and into tomorrow. While the rain is much needed, the storms could produce gusty winds and, in isolated cases, a brief tornado.

Currently, light showers continue over parts of southeast Georgia and northeast Florida, with activity expected to persist through the evening. Additional showers and isolated storms may develop after midnight, particularly along I-75 in interior southeast Georgia and northeast Florida.
