NWS: Cooler Temperatures and Rain Chances

STATEWIDE — Showers are expected to move across Indiana Sunday night, bringing periods of rain into the start of the workweek.

Meteorologist Aaron Updike of the National Weather Service in Indianapolis said early-week highs should reach the upper 70s. Later in the week, dew points are expected to drop, making it feel less humid, with temperatures holding in the mid to low 70s.

Showers and storms are likely Monday evening and overnight, with additional rain chances possible throughout the week as cooler air moves into the state.
