• The weekend will kick off on a warm note, with Saturday highs reaching the 70s after early morning lows in the 30s and 40s.
• Sunday will begin very mild, with midday temperatures climbing to around 70.
• A strong cold front will then push winds out of the north and northeast, bringing cooler air through the afternoon.
• The front could produce a brief light shower across Southeast Georgia, though significant rainfall is not expected.
• Much colder air will move in Sunday night into Monday, with wind chills dropping into the 20s early Monday. Highs on Monday will only reach the 40s across Southeast Georgia and the 50s across Northeast Florida under partly cloudy skies.
• Milder temperatures are expected to return quickly by the middle to late part of next week, with little to no rain.
