Prizes over $1 million and all prizes with an annual payment option: Claim at Florida Lottery headquarters, except Mega Millions and Powerball prizes, which may be claimed at any district office.
Prizes of $250,000 or less can also be claimed by mail by sending the ticket and required documents to the Florida Lottery.
