WOOD COUNTY, Ohio (WTVG) — A Wood County grand jury has indicted a Carey man on three counts of rape in connection with crimes that allegedly took place in 2004.
According to court records, Evaristo Hernandez, 54, was charged with three counts of rape for incidents that reportedly occurred between March 15 and May 30, 2004.
At the time of the alleged offenses, Hernandez was 33 years old.
He is scheduled to appear in court again on October 20.
