Armed Robbery in West Point Injures Two Men

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) – Two men were injured during an armed robbery in West Point, and police are now asking for the community’s help in identifying the suspect.

Authorities described the suspect as a Black male wearing a camouflage ski mask, black T-shirt, and jeans.

The incident happened Monday night, October 6, at a home on West Morrow Street, where the suspect reportedly committed armed robbery and opened fire.

Officers found two victims who had been assaulted and shot. Both were taken to the hospital for treatment.
