EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — A Belleville woman has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with a deadly stabbing in East St. Louis.
Michelle A. Schultz, 38, is accused of fatally stabbing 67-year-old Van T. Perry on Friday in the 6900 block of Church Lane, according to the Illinois State Police.
