QUAD CITIES, Ill./Iowa – Davenport police are seeking 47-year-old Ivan Deandra Clark for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
Clark is also wanted on allegations of harassment and burglary, officials said.
According to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities, Clark is 6 feet tall, weighs 200 pounds, and has black hair and blue eyes.
