The Florida Lottery announced Friday that 61-year-old Billy Pitman claimed a $1 million prize from the popular $25,000,000 Gold Rush Multiplier scratch-off game.
Lottery officials said the Jacksonville resident purchased the winning ticket at a Winn-Dixie located at 11380 Beach Boulevard.
