HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. — A Hudson Falls man has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor. Shannon Piper was charged with third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Piper was arraigned in Queensbury Town Court and released under the supervision of the county’s probation department.
