JASPER, Ind. (WFIE) – A Jasper man has been arrested on child molesting charges.
Police say the investigation into 21-year-old Jesus Serrano began about three weeks ago. He is accused of inappropriately touching a child on two separate occasions.
Serrano was taken into custody Monday and is being held in jail on a $5,000 cash bond.
