Man Arrested for Alleged Rape of 22-Year-Old Woman in Southwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Pablo Virgilio Chubbeb, a Guatemalan national, after he was accused of raping a 22-year-old woman in southwest Miami-Dade.
