Mild Weather Continues in Twin Cities Before Weekend Cold Snap

The Twin Cities will stay warmer than usual for early November, but a significant change is on the way by the weekend.

Wednesday will feel slightly cooler, with highs in the mid-50s, though temperatures will still be above seasonal averages. Thursday’s forecast looks similar, but expect breezier conditions and mostly cloudy skies.

Another drop in temperatures arrives Friday, accompanied by more wind. By the weekend, a blast of very cold air will settle into the region, sending daytime highs into the 30s.

Looking ahead, there is a chance for rain and snow early next week. However, current trends suggest the system may shift farther south, limiting its impact on the Twin Cities.
