Pair Arrested in Multiple Thefts at North Miami Beach Target Store: Police

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Two women were arrested Saturday in connection with a series of thefts at a Target store in North Miami Beach, according to police.

Shamiyah Katrail Sinquefield, 25, and Samantha Oshin Wright, 30, were both charged with retail theft involving multiple incidents, records show.

Police said the arrests took place at the Target located at 14075 Biscayne Boulevard. Both suspects were already known to the store’s loss prevention employees, according to arrest reports.

Investigators allege the pair carried out multiple thefts at the store dating back to August, stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise.

Surveillance video reportedly shows Sinquefield and Wright taking items and leaving the store without paying, police said.

Sinquefield, of Miami Gardens, and Wright, of Miramar, were booked into jail and later appeared before a judge. The judge granted them pretrial release and ordered both women to stay away from the Target store.
