Hopefully you remembered to turn your clocks back an hour overnight and enjoyed the extra sleep—but don’t forget, that also means Sunday’s sunset arrives much earlier, at 4:57 p.m.
Sunday will bring pleasant weather across the Philadelphia region, with a light southwest breeze and afternoon highs reaching the 60s. Clouds will begin increasing Sunday night as a weak coastal low forms off the Mid-Atlantic. This system could bring a few light showers early Monday morning, mainly from Philadelphia southeastward, but nothing heavy or severe. Expect a damp and gray start to the workweek in some areas.
A cold front will pass Monday night, allowing sunshine and seasonable conditions to return on Tuesday.
That same system could bring spotty showers to parts of southern New Jersey and Delaware on Monday; however, rainfall is expected to remain light. Once the front moves through, Tuesday will feature dry and sunny weather.
For the rest of the week, high pressure will keep conditions mostly quiet and comfortable. A weak disturbance may bring a slight chance of light showers Wednesday night. Temperatures will stay typical for early November. Another cold front may arrive late Friday, ushering in drier and cooler air just in time for the weekend.
