The NEXT Weather Team is monitoring rain showers moving into South Florida late Sunday afternoon and continuing into the evening.
Tropical moisture will spread across the southern part of the state over the next day and a half, raising rain chances through Monday night.
The moisture clears out, and conditions begin to dry starting Tuesday. The next chance for significant rainfall arrives Friday and is expected to strengthen by next Saturday.
