NORTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) — A woman was taken to the hospital Monday morning after a rollover crash in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies and Fire Rescue crews responded to the intersection of Northwest 119th Street and Northwest 22nd Avenue, where one vehicle rolled over and struck a pole.
7News cameras showed the front of the vehicle severely damaged and considered a total loss.
Investigators said it remains unclear what caused the crash, but deputies believe it may have been a hit-and-run, as the driver of the second vehicle did not stay at the scene or call 911.
The woman was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
An investigation is ongoing.
