Cards get final tune-up for district at Ord Invite

The Boone Central Cardinal track/field teams competed in their final regular-season meet May 2 at the Ord Invitational. With district competition only a week away, Coach Susan Roberts decided not to enter her full varsity team and gave a number of JV athletes a chance to compete at the varsity level.

Riverside champions again in HLHF Bulldog Invite

Humphrey hosted its annual Bulldog Invitational track/field competition Wednesday, May 1, with area teams Riverside and Humphrey/ Lindsay Holy Family among teams competing. The competition provided a great day as the 2024 season winds down.

The Boone Central Junior Varsity track/field team visited Pierce Tuesday, April 23, to compete in the Bluejays’ annual freshman-sophomore meet. There were many new personal -best performances and improvements entering the final stretch of the 2024 season. It was a great meet with great competition for the younger athletes.
